I worked night shift last night till 1+am .. So today I only need to b in the office for about 3 hours, soI woke up late in the afternoon. Thought of having lunch outside but my ofc girlfriends planned to eat at the canteen, so I decided to cook lunch. Hmm, dah lama tk masak kueteow goreng my bestie recipe :) So here sharing the recipe. Its easy peasy.
Bahan2
- Koey teow - setengah bungkus
- Bawang putih - 4-5 ulas
- Minyak
- Sos tiram
- Cili blend (sambal)
- Kicap manis - cap kipas udang
- Maggie secukup rasa.
- Garam
- Sotong
- Udang
Cara2
- Ketuk bwg putih dlm 4-5 biji
- Panaskan minyak (jgn byk sgt)
- Masuk bwg putih bg wangi
- Masuk masuk sambal. Kalau sambal tu belum masak tumis bg lama sikit.
- Masukkan udang + sotong (lebih sedap udang/stg drpd ayam), kalau prefer ayam pun boleh ja.
- Masukkan garam
- Masukkan kicap n oyster sauce
- Then bila semua dah secukup rasa, masukkan koay teow, kucai dan taugeh
* yg penting kita kena rasa setiap kali masukkan apa2 bhn pun. Kalau nak pekat, biarkan masak lama sikit bg. Kalau prefer berair, tambah air panas.
Hmm hari tu tkdak taugeh and kucai, so gantikan cili merah so that ada coloring skit :)
